The Synoptics include the books of
Matthew, Mark, and Luke. These books are similar in some ways and different in
others. they all include the same key points and focus on Jesus birth, life,
death, and resurrection. These are the main key points that I think that we as
Christians should try and focus on. These books show that Jesus never
made a mistake despite all of the wrong things that he could have done. These
books are different because the writers wrote their books to different people
groups. Matthew wrote to the Jews. Mark wrote to the Gentiles. Luke also wrote
to the Gentiles. I think the Synoptics are a very important part of the bible
and that we should share it with other people that do not know Jesus.

Creation
“In the beginning God created the Heavens and the earth.”
When God started to create this Earth it was a big nothing; just a formless and
empty rock. There was no light until God spoke it into existence and it was so.
He was the one that gave Earth its shape and separated everything so that we
could all live in harmony. He gave the earth new life to live on the Earth and
to take care of it and he also made animals and commanded man to look after
them. When all of creation was finished and everything was working well, God
took a break from all this work and rested. And then man did something to anger
God and send them far away from God.

God's story and my Life
I think that having a good understanding of
scripture means everything. If you have a good understanding of scripture then
you will live a happier more fulfilling life. Scripture tells us everything to
do from the little things up to the really big things or decisions that we have
to make either once in a lifetime or even in everyday life. Having scripture in
your life and understanding it fully makes for a happier life and a different
way of life to carry out your everyday activities. Without Scripture in our
life we are clueless to what the world has to offer. This will help us live out
our lives in a way that is pleasing to God and also of course pleasing to us.

John 1 & 2
This passage centers in on the story of
John which I find interesting. John was sent by God to be a witness to Him. Our
creator was now in the world but the thing is no one knew about Him or
recognized Him which is why he needs John to step in and help Him out. When
John first arrives everyone thinks he is the messiah. John replied in the words of Isaiah the
prophet, I am the voice of one calling in the wilderness, Make
straight the way for the Lord. (John 1:23) Every time that Jesus walks by
he has to acknowledge it for people to know that he was the one that took away
sin. One day John was with two of his disciples and he pointed out Jesus and
long story short the disciples began to follow him. In John 2, Jesus starts to
show signs that he is the Messiah. He told his servants to fill up jugs with
water and bring them back to Him and then serve them out to the guests. They
filled the jugs and brought them back and the head of the banquet tasted it and
Jesus had turned it into wine. He did not need any testimony about
mankind, for he knew what was in each person. (John 1:25)
